CONGRATULATIONS to ECTC on its beam signing ceremony to officially kick off the Occupational & Technical Building (OTB) renovation! A great crowd was on hand for this historic moment, including local and state elected officials, KCTCS President Dr. Ryan Quarles, faculty, staff and community leaders.
