Rise and shine sleepyheads!💤 We recently had our first leatherback nest excavation of the season and met some leatherback hatchlings. This nest hatched three days prior to excavation. Sea turtle hatchlings are going to start popping up on our beaches, and thanks to special permits, we can collect data from hatched and unhatched eggs in sea turtle nests.
