We continue to build a bushcraft viking house with turf roof. Using simple hand tools, we built a basic timber frame using mortise and tenon joints. We then added some rafters with some log cabin notches to support them and we lashed these to the ridgepole of the shelter. For part 3 we focused on harvesting the turf for the roof.
