Footage shows a van’s trailer becoming detached and crashing into a parked car on Buttershaw Lane in Bradford on New Year’s Eve. The CCTV clip captures the moment the trailer smashes into the back of a Vauxhall Corsa before the van driver is seen attempting to reattach it. The car’s owner said she was appalled by the damage and fears the outcome could have been far worse if a pedestrian had been passing by.
