Atrial Flutter : Conduction & Ventricular Response Atrial flutter is a macro-reentrant atrial tachycardia with a characteristic sawtooth pattern on ECG, most visible in leads II, III, and aVF. The atrial rate is typically regular and ranges from 250-350 bpm.
