Have you ever heard of Ciambotta? 🍅 🍆🥔 AD - It's a typical vegetable stew from the South of Italy and it’s packed full of goodness! It's usually served as a side dish but I love a plate on its own with just some toasted sourdough. It’s great served warm during winter time but it’s also very popular as a cold dish during the summer - it could be the cousin of a caponata! It’s so easy to make that you'll be surprised how tasty it is! 😊 Here is the ingredients list 👇 Serves 4 1 onion 4 small p

So i was expecting a nice fish friday today but Pedro didnt come through with that instead he made a unreal meatball 'carbonara' with his homemade tomatoey sauce and obviously topped off with some cheesy baby bells which I dont know if thats classed as real cheese but either way it was a lovely friday dinner I dont know if a 7 from archie is the lowest score upto now so pedro needs to make one of his favourites next week #cook #chef #food #van #work

My daughter and her friends are OBSESSED with the Starbucks grilled cheese—and I finally cracked the code. 🧀 The secret is mixing Parmesan and garlic powder directly into softened butter. Don’t sprinkle them over the bread—they’ll burn. And don’t use fresh garlic here. Garlic powder is the call! STARBUCKS-STYLE GRILLED CHEESE Makes 1 sandwich INGREDIENTS • 2 slices sourdough bread • ½ cup freshly grated mild white cheddar • ¼ cup freshly grated young Gouda • 1 Tbsp softened salted butter • 1 Tb
